Position: Dispatcher, Expedite USA (Sprinter Van / Box Truck)

Format: Remote

Schedule: Full-time (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST)

Salary:
Base salary: $500–800
Additional bonus: 12–25% from profit depending on experience and performance

Requirements:
— Minimum 4 months of experience as a US Expedite Dispatcher
— Conversational English
— Good understanding of DAT Loadboard
— Strong communication and negotiation skills
— Ability to work independently and stay organized

Responsibilities:
— Searching and booking profitable loads
— Communicating and building strong relationships with brokers
— Managing dispatch documentation (RC / BOL / POD / TONU)
— Monitoring load status and supporting drivers throughout the process
— Maintaining accurate dispatch records and updates
