Dispatcher (Amazon & OTR)

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a dispatcher

• Strong knowledge of Amazon Relay

• Experience using Chime and Post A Truck

• Established network of OTR brokers and ability to secure profitable street loads

• Ability to manage at least 6 trucks simultaneously

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Responsibilities:

• Dispatch and coordinate Amazon Relay and OTR loads

• Find and negotiate profitable freight with brokers

• Monitor truck movements and ensure efficient operations

• Maintain communication with drivers and brokers

• Maximize truck utilization and minimize downtime

• Resolve operational issues promptly
