Position Overview:

The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in US trucking dispatching and be confident in managing loads, communicating with drivers and brokers, and handling the day-to-day responsibilities of a dispatcher.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of professional dispatching experience
• Practical experience with street loads
• Required experience with US Mail loads
• Strong knowledge of the US trucking and freight market
• Ability to independently search for and book loads
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, organized, and attentive to details
