Job Details
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers;
ā¢ Communicate with drivers and provide daily operational support;
ā¢ Achieve weekly performance targets for Gross Revenue and RPM;
ā¢ Plan and coordinate loads efficiently;
ā¢ Ensure timely updates and resolve operational issues.
Requirements:
ā¢ Previous dispatching experience in the US trucking industry;
ā¢ Proven ability to achieve at least $10,000 Gross and 2.9 RPM;
ā¢ Fluent in English, Russian, and Uzbek;
ā¢ Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
ā¢ Responsible, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
