Job Title: Dispatcher

Salary: Fixed salary + commission (to be discussed during the interview)
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Responsibilities:

Dispatch Dry Van and Power Only loads.

Negotiate rates and communicate with brokers.

Manage OTR and Regional freight.

Ensure on-time deliveries and efficient operations.
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of dispatching experience.

English level: C1 or higher.

Experience with DAT.

Existing relationships with 5–10 brokers.
-
Experience with Dry Van and Power Only freight.

Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Responsible and detail-oriented.
