Dispatcher

Experience: 2+ years

Responsibilities:

• Dispatch and coordinate daily freight operations.

• Work primarily with PO and Reefer street loads.

• Negotiate rates with brokers.

• Monitor shipments and support drivers.

• Maintain dispatch documentation.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Dispatcher.

• Experience working with PO and Reefer street loads and brokers.

• Own broker network is required.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
