DISPATCHER

Location: Tashkent, Yakkasaroy District (near Airport Korzinka)

About the Position
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Dispatcher to join our growing team. If you have strong communication skills, excellent English proficiency, and experience in dispatch operations, we would be happy to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily dispatch operations.

• Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and partners.

• Monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery.

• Resolve operational issues and provide quick solutions.

• Maintain accurate records and reports.

• Ensure smooth workflow and high service quality.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of dispatching experience.

• Fluent English and Russian.

• Knowledge of Turkish is a strong advantage.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Compensation

• 1.5% commission from the gross revenue.

• Expected monthly earnings: $3,500+.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday.

• 5 working days per week.
