About the Position

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Dispatcher who is eager to grow, work efficiently, and maximize their earnings. We can provide as many trucks as the dispatcher can effectively manage, creating excellent opportunities for high performance and competitive compensation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily truck operations.

• Plan and optimize loads and routes.

• Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers.

• Monitor deliveries and ensure on-time performance.

• Resolve operational issues and provide timely updates.

• Maintain accurate records and dispatch documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of dispatching experience.

• Fluent English and Russian.

• Knowledge of Turkish is considered a strong advantage.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple trucks simultaneously.

• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Compensation
