Location: Almazar District, Tashkent
We are looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a solid understanding of transportation and logistics operations.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Plan and assign loads efficiently
ā¢ Communicate with drivers and brokers to ensure smooth operations
ā¢ Monitor shipments and track delivery progress
ā¢ Resolve route, scheduling, and delivery-related issues
ā¢ Maximize truck utilization and operational efficiency
ā¢ Ensure on-time pickups and deliveries
ā¢ Maintain effective coordination between all parties involved in the transportation process
Requirements:
ā¢ Minimum 2 years of dispatching experience
ā¢ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
ā¢ Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
ā¢ Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
ā¢ Ability to work effectively in a team environment
