- Minimum 1.5 years of experience as a Dry Van
Dispatcher. - Hands-on experience with Dry Van dispatch operations.
- Strong knowledge of DAT, Truckstop, and broker relationships.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage drivers, loads, and daily operations efficiently.
- English proficiency is an advantage.
