About the Position:
We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Specialist to join our team. You will work directly with owner-operators running Sprinter Vans and Cargo Vans, managing their daily dispatch operations and helping maximize their earnings.
Requirements:

6-12 months of relevant dispatch experience

Fluent English

Experience working with Sprinter Vans or Cargo Vans

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple loads

Good knowledge of the US trucking market
