Dispatch Specialist-Manager (Amazon)

About the Position:

Steel Trucking Inc is looking for an experienced Amazon Dispatch Manager to join our growing team. We are searching for a highly motivated professional who is passionate about dispatching, committed to achieving outstanding results, and ready to grow together with the company. We are not looking for someone who simply manages trucks—we need a true leader who inspires the team through professionalism, responsibility, and hard work.

Responsibilities:

• Dispatch Amazon loads and maximize weekly gross revenue and RPM.

• Work with post trucks (not Quick Posts from Loadfetcher).

• Manage Amazon Brokerage loads efficiently.

• Maintain a high Amazon Performance Score.

• Submit accurate delay updates without negatively affecting the Performance Score.

• Plan loads strategically and optimize truck utilization.

• Monitor drivers and shipments throughout the entire process.

• Cooperate with the team to achieve the highest operational performance.

Requirements:

• More than 2 years of Amazon dispatching experience.

• Honest, responsible, and trustworthy.

• A leader with a team-oriented mindset, not someone driven by ego.

• Hardworking and committed to continuous improvement.

• Passionate about dispatching and delivering excellent results.

• Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Proven record of outstanding performance in previous dispatching positions.

• Confident in handling high-volume Amazon operations.

Performance Expectations:

• Company fleet: 80 trucks (30 + 5 + 45).

• Minimum weekly gross for solo trucks: $12,000.

• Minimum weekly gross for team trucks: $16,000.
