Position: Dispatch Specialist (Cargo Van / Sprinter / Box Truck)

Responsibilities:

• Dispatch owner-operators operating Cargo Vans, Sprinter Vans, and Box Trucks.

• Find and negotiate profitable loads.

• Communicate with brokers and drivers.

• Monitor shipments and resolve operational issues.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of dispatching experience.

• Experience working with Cargo Vans, Sprinter Vans, and Box Trucks.

• Fluent English.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
