About the Position:
Bob Logistics Group is looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join our team. We are seeking a motivated and responsible professional with strong knowledge of the U.S. trucking industry who can efficiently cover truck capacity and ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:

Cover truck capacity using Amazon Relay, DAT Load Board, and other load boards.

Search for and book profitable loads.

Coordinate with drivers and provide daily operational support.

Monitor load progress and resolve transportation issues when necessary.

Communicate with brokers and customers professionally.

Maintain accurate load records and update dispatch information.

Ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
Requirements:

At least 3–4 years of dispatch experience.

Experience working with Amazon Relay, DAT, and other load boards.

Fluent English (spoken and written).

Self-motivated and highly organized.

Dedicated to the job and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
