Who we are:
Nilufar is a women only community app built for Uzbekistan. It brings women together in moderated groups about health, family, work, money and everyday life, with private circles, end to end encrypted messaging and calls, community Q&A with verified experts, and a local Market for classifieds and directories. Every member is a verified woman, and the app works in Uzbek Latin, Uzbek Cyrillic, Russian and English.
Nilufar is a Converse product, built by CONVERSE COMMUNICATIONS MCHJ, an IT Park Tashkent resident company.
Role:
As a Community Sales Executive, you will introduce Nilufar to women across Tashkent and beyond, explain how it helps them, and guide them to download the app and join. You will work both online and in person, and you will be rewarded for every woman who joins through you.
What you will do:
Online
• Promote Nilufar through Telegram channels and groups, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms women use.
• Share your personal referral link and help interested women download the app and complete sign up.
• Answer questions about Nilufar politely and accurately, in Uzbek or Russian.
In person
• Visit places where women gather: universities, colleges, workplaces, markets, beauty salons, fitness centres, community centres and events.
• Run short introductions and help desks, with the permission of the place you visit.
• Help women install the app, verify their phone number and join their first groups.
Pay & Incentives:
• Fixed salary: UZS 5,000,000 to 10,000,000 per month, based on your skills and experience.
• Incentive: Paid every month, in addition to the fixed salary
• Details: Incentive rates and targets are shared with shortlisted candidates.
