Requirements
- Experience: Min. 1 year in cargo, liability, or auto claims (U.S. trucking preferred)
- Gender: ANY
- Fluent English (B2+ mandatory) 🗣
- Experience handling FNOL, cargo damage, and accident claims from open to close 📑
- Direct communication experience with insurance carriers, adjusters, and repair vendors 📞
- Ability to collect and organize evidence: BOLs, photos, ELD data, driver statements 🔍
- Strong written English for claim summaries and carrier correspondence ✍️
- Calm under pressure, firm in negotiation, accurate in documentation 🧠
