Job Details

Requirements:

  • Documentation & Logistics: Prepare, verify, and archive chemical foreign trade contracts; handle end-to-end order tracking, and compile full sets of shipping documents, powers of attorney, and customs clearance documents.
  • Financial Admin: Reconcile accounts, maintain financial ledgers, organize expenses, and handle other internal financial administrative tasks.
  • Customer & Data Management: Respond to customer inquiries, synchronize order progress, and compile sales data reports.
  • Career Path: Start with internal administration and backend support; after becoming familiar with the products and trade processes, transition to frontend client acquisition and business negotiations.

Responsibilities:

  • Language & Location: Local full-time personnel in Uzbekistan. Proficient in Uzbek, fluent in business Russian, and proficient in Chinese.
  • Skills & Education: Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel spreadsheet creation). Majors in International Trade, Finance, or Chemistry are preferred.
  • Experience & Traits: Experience in chemical foreign trade documentation or order tracking is highly preferred. Must be meticulous, responsible, and possess a strong sense of confidentiality.
  • Mindset: Willing to start from internal administration, proactive in learning, and motivated to transition into business development in the later stage.
