About the Role:
We are looking for a talented, passionate, and result-driven Junior Business Analyst / Personal Assistant who is eager to grow professionally and contribute to the company's development.
Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with clients by regularly consulting with clients and candidates regarding their recruitment needs.

Screen CVs, communicate with candidates, and conduct interviews to assess suitability for open positions.

Utilize job boards, internal databases, and social media platforms to identify and attract qualified professionals.

Generate new business opportunities through business development activities.

Negotiate terms and conditions, salaries, and consulting rates.

Assist the Managing Director with documentation, scheduling, and organizational tasks.
Requirements:

Fluent English and Russian language skills.

Comfortable with cold and warm calling.

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Strong ambition, motivation, and a desire to achieve professional success.

Positive and proactive attitude.

Confident and outgoing personality with strong networking and communication skills.
