Tasks
- Assist dispatchers in managing loads
- Monitor and update load statuses
- Handle performance score tracking
- Learn advanced dispatching strategies
Requirements
- Experience: At least 1 year
- Strong knowledge and experience in Amazon
- Someone with good speaking English & Russian
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Problem-solving mindset
- Loyal and committed employee who is ready to grow with our company long-term, not someone who jumps from job to job
Schedule
- 8.5 hours (afterhours)
- No remote work
