Amazon Update
Tasks
- Track all active loads in real time
- Make scheduled check calls with drivers
- Update Amazon on ETA and any occurred issues when necessary
- Monitor Amazon systems (on-time pickup, in-transit, delivered status)
- Identify and resolve delays, breakdowns, and HOS-related issues
- Provide a clean and accurate shift handoff to the next updater
Requirements
- Min 1 year experience as an Updater
- Ability to work with Amazon loads
- Strong understanding of trucking operations
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to work any shift
- Age: 20+
