TF Dispatch Service is looking for an experienced Amazon Dispatcher to join our team in Namangan.

This is an office-based position only. Remote work is not available.

The ideal candidate should have experience with Amazon dispatch. Experience with DAT is preferable.

Requirements

• Experience in Amazon dispatch is required
• Experience with DAT is preferable
• English language skills are required
• Russian language skills are required
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work with drivers, brokers, and clients professionally
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Basic computer and system skills
• Responsibility, punctuality, and discipline

Responsibilities

• Manage Amazon dispatch operations
• Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers
• Track loads and update shipment status
• Search, plan, and coordinate loads when needed
• Work with DAT if required
• Handle dispatch-related documentation
• Monitor pickup and delivery processes
• Solve transportation issues on time
• Keep communication clear and professional
• Make sure all load information is accurate and up to date
