• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Amazon Dispatcher
• Hands-on experience working with street loads and freight brokers
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage Amazon freight operations
• Find and book profitable street loads
• Communicate and negotiate with brokers
• Monitor shipments and ensure timely deliveries
