Position: Afterhours Updater

Location: Tashkent, Uzbekistan (Yunusabad District)

Work Format: Office-based (No Remote)

Experience: Minimum 8 months of experience as an Updater

Requirements:

• Fluent English and Russian communication skills.

• Hands-on experience working with Amazon and street loads.

• Strong knowledge of PO and VAN loads.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and update shipment statuses in real time.

• Communicate with drivers and brokers regarding load progress.

• Handle delays, issues, and schedule changes promptly.

• Ensure accurate load tracking and documentation.

• Coordinate with the dispatch team to maintain smooth operations.

• Provide timely updates and maintain clear communication throughout the shift.
