Synergy Group is looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join the logistics team. The position is suitable for male candidates who already have solid experience in dispatching and can communicate in English, Russian, and Uzbek.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar position

Knowledge of English, Russian, and Uzbek

Male candidates only

Minimum age: 20

Strong communication skills

Responsible approach to work

Ability to work during after-hours shift

Responsibilities:

Working as a Dispatcher during after hours

Communicating with drivers and related parties

Coordinating daily dispatching processes

Following up on load status and work processes

Keeping work information accurate and up to date

Handling daily dispatcher tasks according to the company’s internal process
