About the Position:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable/Receivable (AP/AR) Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations related to accounts payable and receivable, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely processing of financial transactions. This role requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
Responsibilities:

Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.

Process invoices, payments, receipts, and financial transactions accurately and on time.

Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies when necessary.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments.

Verify invoices and supporting documents before processing.

Prepare regular financial reports related to AP/AR activities.

Communicate with vendors and customers regarding payment-related inquiries.

Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and financial procedures.

Assist with month-end closing activities and support the finance team with routine accounting tasks.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable or a similar accounting role.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AP/AR processes.

High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Experience with accounting software is preferred.

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
