Job Details
Tasks
- Prepare weekly driver settlement statements
- Submit invoices to factoring companies
- Monitor funding, reserves, and financial performance
- Produce monthly P&L reports and quarterly balance sheets
- Maintain financial dashboards for executive review
- Work with QuickBooks Online and Excel daily
Requirements
- Experience: Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Finance required
- Fluent English (Written & Spoken)
- Advanced Excel skills
- QuickBooks Online experience (Required)
- Accounting, Finance, or Bookkeeping background
- Trucking finance experience is a strong advantage
- Exceptional attention to detail
Compensation Details
- Salary: Discussed during the interview + Year-End Bonus
