About the Position
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple accounting tasks efficiently in an office environment.
Key Responsibilities

Process invoices and manage accounts payable.

Prepare and maintain drivers’ statements.

Prepare weekly profit and loss reports.

Generate, review, and analyze reports from EFS, Comdata, and PrePass systems.

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Support daily accounting operations and reporting activities.
Requirements

Fluent English language skills.

Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.

Punctual, organized, and reliable.

Ability to work efficiently in an office-based environment.

Basic understanding of accounting processes is an advantage.
