Responsibilities:

• Track active loads and shipments

• Communicate with brokers and customers

• Provide timely load updates

• Monitor drivers and shipment status

• Handle check calls

• Collect and update POD/BOL documents

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date load information

• Resolve basic load-related issues during after-hours

• Shift: After-hours / Night shift

• Salary: Fixed salary + growth opportunities

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of trucking experience: Mandatory

• Good English communication skills

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Responsible and detail-oriented

• Ability to work independently during after-hours

• Willingness to learn and grow with the company
