About the Role:
F7 Transportation is looking for an experienced Update Specialist to join the team. The specialist will be responsible for monitoring and providing timely updates on transportation operations, maintaining accurate information, and communicating with the relevant team members throughout the shift.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor and update shipment and transportation information in a timely manner.
• Track the current status of assigned loads and provide accurate updates.
• Communicate with drivers, dispatchers, and other relevant team members regarding load status and changes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
• Follow established company procedures for tracking and reporting.
• Respond to status requests and operational updates during the assigned shift.
• Ensure that important updates are communicated promptly to the appropriate team members.
• Work effectively during both main and afterhours operations.
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Fluent English.
• Ability to work in both main and afterhours shifts.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy when handling updates.
• Ability to work responsibly and efficiently in a transportation environment.
