Responsibilities:

Update load and shipment statuses accurately and on time.

Track shipments and make regular check calls to drivers.

Maintain clear communication with drivers, brokers, and customers.

Work with MS Excel and Google Sheets to manage shipment data.

Report shipment delays, issues, and progress to the team.
Requirements:

At least 6 months of experience in the trucking logistics industry.

Fluent English and Russian.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Ability to work night shifts and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
