Technical Lead / Backend Lead

We’re looking for a Technical Lead / Backend Lead at HuntMe

HuntMe is growing, and we’re looking for a strong engineer who can take ownership of our backend and help lead the technical direction of our products.

You’ll work closely with the engineering team, make architectural decisions, review code, mentor developers, and help us build and scale our products.

Requirements

• Strong Python/backend development experience
• Experience with FastAPI, Django, or similar frameworks
• Strong PostgreSQL and database knowledge
• Experience designing APIs and distributed systems
• Docker and AWS experience
• Ability to make architectural decisions and take ownership
• Strong communication and mentoring skills
• Startup mindset — comfortable moving fast and solving problems independently
