Responsibilities:

Dispatch and manage 6-10+ trucks independently.

Source loads and build profitable lanes.

Negotiate rates and maintain strong relationships with brokers.

Monitor shipments and resolve operational issues.

Handle TONU, detention, layover, and dispute cases.

Ensure efficient daily fleet operations.
Requirements:

Strong experience with DAT, JB Hunt, Dry Van, and USPS (mandatory).

Proven ability to manage multiple trucks independently.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Experience in load sourcing, lane planning, and problem-solving.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
