Responsibilities
- Collect/verify trucking, driver, safety, equipment, and insurance data
- Maintain databases; follow up on missing info
- Collaborate with Safety and internal teams
- Check documents for errors/expirations
- Supervise junior collectors
- Prepare management reports
- Manage Safety team relationships
- Improve data collection processes
Requirements
- 2+ years relevant experience
- U.S. trucking operations knowledge
- Strong communication and relationship skills
- Attention to detail
- Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Independent work capability
