Sales manager

We’re looking for an ambitious female Sales Manager to join the team.

This role is for someone who can communicate confidently, sell our services to companies, understand client needs, and grow in the recruiting industry.

What you’ll do:

Communicate with companies and potential clients

Understand their hiring needs

Offer services and explain how we can help them find employees

Follow up with clients and support them during the process

Work with our internal tools and client database

Requirements:

We’re looking for a confident and ambitious woman aged 20–25 who is ready to grow in sales and recruiting.

You’re a good fit if you:

Speak English, Russian and Uzbek fluently

Have experience in sales, recruiting or HR

Know how to work with a computer and online tools

Learn fast and don’t need to be explained the same thing many times

Are responsible, active and result-oriented

Can communicate confidently with clients

Are ready to work in a fast-moving team

Are not a student

Conditions:

Fixed salary: $400–500

Performance-based commission on top of the fixed salary

Schedule: 6/1

Working hours: 12:00–21:00

Office: Mirzo Ulugbek district
