Safety Specialist

About the Position:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Safety Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will help ensure compliance with company safety standards, reduce operational risks, and maintain a safe working environment while supporting daily safety operations.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor compliance with company safety policies and procedures.

• Conduct routine safety inspections and identify potential hazards.

• Investigate safety incidents and prepare reports with corrective actions.

• Maintain safety documentation and records.

• Assist in developing and implementing safety improvement programs.

• Provide safety guidance and support to employees.

• Ensure compliance with applicable workplace safety regulations.

• Work closely with management to promote a strong safety culture.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a Safety Department.

• Good understanding of workplace safety procedures and regulations.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is an advantage.
