About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Safety Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring driver safety performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the company's commitment to maintaining the highest safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor driver compliance and maintain accurate safety records.

• Review and address Hours of Service (HOS) violations.

• Manage inspections, accidents, incident reports, and claims.

• Monitor and maintain company safety scores.

• Communicate with drivers regarding safety policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Ensure compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations.

• Identify potential safety risks and assist in implementing corrective actions.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Responsible, disciplined, and highly organized.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment.

• Knowledge of transportation safety regulations is an advantage.
