Safety & Insurance Coordinator (Claims Management)

About the Role:
We are looking for a Safety & Insurance Coordinator to join our growing team. This role focuses on insurance administration, claims management, post-accident support, and transportation safety compliance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in the trucking and logistics industry.

Responsibilities:

• Request insurance quotes and process policy changes.
• Issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs) to brokers and lessors.
• Manage post-accident procedures, including communication with drivers, adjusters, and towing companies.
• Handle insurance claims, including First Notice of Loss (FNOL), evidence collection, and claim status tracking.
• Assist with insurance renewals and carrier audits.
• Support safety compliance activities, including MCS-150 filings, SMS monitoring, DataQ submissions, and safety audits.
• Assist with citation and ticket disputes, as well as inspection reviews.
• Provide basic HR support by maintaining driver files and tracking CDL and Medical Card expirations.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in transportation safety, insurance, or claims management.
• Strong knowledge of FMCSA and DOT regulations.
• Understanding of commercial auto insurance and claims processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English; Russian is an advantage.
