Recruiter

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Driver Recruiter.

• Fluent English.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team.

• Responsible, proactive, and result-oriented approach.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and attract qualified truck drivers.

• Search for potential candidates through relevant recruitment channels.

• Communicate with candidates and provide information about available positions.

• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess candidates according to company requirements.

• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Keep candidate information and recruitment records up to date.

• Coordinate the recruitment process with the relevant team members.
