About the Position:
We are looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our growing team. No previous recruiting experience is required—we provide full training for the right candidate. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to start a career in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Responsibilities:
* Source and attract candidates through various recruitment channels
* Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
* Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
* Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
* Update and manage candidate information in the recruitment system
* Prepare job postings and assist with recruitment campaigns
* Support the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding
Requirements:
* No prior experience required (training will be provided)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Willingness to learn and develop professionally
* Good organizational and time management skills
* Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented
* Basic computer skills
