• Coordinate dispatchers and drivers.
• Monitor load planning and on-time deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Resolve operational issues and prepare reports.
• Improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:
• Male.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Deep knowledge and practical experience in the trucking industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
