About the Company:

Moonwalk Recruitment Solutions is a human capital solutions provider specializing in recruiting senior professionals for global investment banks, blue-chip companies, strategy consulting firms, hedge funds, asset management companies, M&A and corporate finance boutiques, and trading houses. The company is based in London and Riga and is expanding in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

Your Daily Tasks:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to understand and meet their recruitment needs.

• Screen CVs, communicate with candidates, and conduct interviews to assess suitability for positions.

• Use job boards, the internal database, and social media to identify high-quality professionals.

• Generate new business through business development activities.

• Negotiate terms and conditions, salaries, and consulting rates.

What We Expect from You:

• Fluent English; German is a plus.

• Awareness of the headhunting industry and willingness to develop within the field.

• Confidence with cold and warm calling.

• Computer literacy, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and CRM systems.

• Ambition, drive, and a strong desire to succeed personally and professionally.

• Positive, entrepreneurial mindset.

• Confident and outgoing personality with an interest in networking and communicating with different people.
