HR specialist

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Driver HR Specialist to lead onboarding, employee relations, and compliance for our commercial drivers. This role focuses on people management, driver retention, onboarding quality, and file compliance—ensuring every qualified driver has a smooth transition into our fleet and long-term support.

Responsibilities

• Guide newly hired drivers through company policies, contract signing, system setups, and initial integration.
• Maintain personnel records, qualification files (DQFs), license renewals, medical card tracking, and background check documentation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for driver inquiries, resolving workplace concerns, tracking driver satisfaction, and addressing turnover risks.

Requirements

• Experience: 1+ years in HR, talent operations, or personnel coordination (experience within the U.S. trucking/logistics industry is a strong advantage).

• Language Skills: Fluent English (both written and spoken) is required.
