HR Specialist

Company: Trucking Company

Responsibilities:

• Recruit dispatchers, load coordinators, tracking/updater specialists, and billing specialists

• Conduct interviews and coordinate the hiring process

• Organize onboarding and orientation for new employees

• Monitor employee attendance and punctuality

• Prepare and manage work schedules and shift rotations

• Track overtime, bonuses, commissions, and employee benefits

• Maintain leave balances, attendance records, and HR documentation

• Support HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of HR experience

• Previous experience in Human Resources

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
