Requirements
- Experience: 6 months – 1 year
- 6+ months of direct experience in commercial driver recruitment
- Strong knowledge of driver sourcing & DOT compliance
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques, persuasive selling, and problem-solving
- Commitment to professional growth
- Languages: English (High level C1 or relevant), Russian, Uzbek
