HR, Recruiting & Fleet Lead

Fixed Salary Discussed in Person based on Experience + Year End Bonus  

Aral Cargo LLC is a U.S. trucking company with 30+ trucks. Our Tashkent office keeps everything running — drivers recruited, trucks covered, emergencies handled.

We need one relentless, phone-comfortable, highly organized person to own our driver pipeline and fleet operations.

What you'll do:

— Call every driver lead within 4 hours — screen them, qualify them, move the right ones to onboarding

— Keep a live driver pipeline tracker updated daily

— Make sure every truck has a driver — if a truck is uncovered, finding coverage is your top priority

— Handle driver onboarding paperwork end to end

— Pick up anything open to help the Company move forward

What we need:

— Fluent English — you will call US-based truck drivers daily

— Strong phone presence — you follow up without being told

— Excel and Dropbox skills

— HR, recruiting, logistics, or customer service background preferred

— Tashkent based, in-person

Year-end bonus tied to pipeline conversion rates and trucks covered.
