TRUCKING COMPANY. Cargo Vans / Sprinter Vans. HR / Driver recruiter (EXPEDITE).
Tasks
- Sourcing and conducting interviews with truck drivers (Owner Operators) across the United States
- Work with TMS + Google Sheets
- Maintaining and updating a database of drivers
- Checking and uploading driver documents in TMS
- Making warm calls to potential candidates from existing databases (generated through paid platforms)
- Performing other tasks related to driver recruiting and HR processes
Requirements
- Gender: Any (females preferred)
- Experience: No exp. required, but preferred
- Good computer skills
- Fluent SPOKEN English + Russian (no barriers)
- Attention to details in documentation and responsibility
- Personal laptop required
Schedule
- Main shift (6 PM - 3 AM Tashkent time)
- Remote work is NOT an option
