Source and contact CDL Drivers and Owner-Operators
Conduct phone interviews
Evaluate driver qualifications
Follow up with candidates
Work with recruiting platforms and job boards
Maintain candidate records in CRM and Google Sheets
Requirements:
Confident English
Basic understanding of U.S. logistics
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Fast learner and responsible attitude
Recruiting experience is a plus
