Position: Head of Driver Recruitment

Location: Yunusobod, Tashkent

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in U.S. CDL driver recruitment, including at least 1 year in a team management role

Gender: Any

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Salary: $3,500 (Base + KPI); exact compensation will be discussed during the interview

Requirements:

• Fluent English: C1 preferred, B2+ mandatory

• Proven track record of recruiting OTR CDL-A drivers with verifiable monthly hiring results

• Experience leading, coaching, and managing a recruiting team against defined KPIs

• Strong knowledge of the U.S. driver market, including pay packages, lease vs. company driver models, and owner-operator programs

• Ability to build and manage sourcing channels, advertising campaigns, and referral programs

• Data-driven approach with experience tracking cost per hire, lead-to-hire conversion rates, and no-show rates

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Important: Candidates without hands-on U.S. CDL driver recruitment experience will be rejected.
