Founding Product Builder (CTO track)

We're hiring a Founding_Product_Builder (CTO track) for our venture studio. Not looking for a “full stack developer.” Looking for a product builder — someone who can go from idea to shipped product across web, mobile, and AI without waiting on five other people.

Tasks

• Build and ship real products for our portfolio companies, fast
• Architect systems that work across web, mobile, and app
• Design and implement AI features — RAG pipelines, vector DBs, agentic workflows
• Use modern tools (yes, including vibe coding) to move at studio speed, not agency speed
• Make real technical calls with real ownership — this isn't a ticket-taking role

Requirements

• 3+ years building and shipping products, not just writing code
• Comfortable across the stack: frontend, backend, mobile, web
• Hands-on with modern AI tooling — RAG, vector databases, LLM APIs
• You've used AI-assisted / vibe coding tools in real projects, not just played with them
• Startup instinct: you'd rather ship an 80% solution today than a perfect one next month
