Fleet Specialist

Work Schedule: 3 Shifts (Office)

Responsibilities:
• Track truck and trailer maintenance schedules;
• Coordinate repairs and service appointments;
• Assist with onboarding new trucks and drivers into the fleet management system;
• Maintain accurate fleet records and ensure timely maintenance;
• Communicate effectively with drivers, vendors, and internal departments.

Requirements:
• 1–2 years of relevant experience as a Fleet Specialist or in a similar role;
• Advanced English proficiency;
• Proven experience in the US trucking industry;
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment;
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive.
